Having completed the re-design of the kitchen in 2018 work began on phase 2 of this project, the loft conversion, in 2020. The generous footprint of this Edwardian house made it an exciting challenge, with the aim to create a whole new primary suite for this stylish, book-loving, French-British couple, whilst freeing up more space downstairs for their teenage son and two lively dogs.

The overall brief was to create a calm sanctuary, yet playful and fun. Our clients have an eclectic eye and are not afraid of colour, especially their go-to favourite colour, pink.

We ended up with a colour palette of muted pinks, chalky whites and burgundy with a touch of mint and navy blue added, while the use of curves and scallop shapes soften the angles of the pitched roof. All this is offset by the stunning wall-to-wall view of treetops from their sprawling garden.
